C. Third-party cookie and tracking technologies used
Facebook:
Facebook Pixel and Facebook Custom Audience (Remarketing)
Data collected:
On our website I use the so-called “Facebook pixel” from the company “Facebook” (Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2 Ireland). With the Facebook pixel, I can classify the visitors to my website into certain target groups in order to be able to show you relevant advertisements („Ads“) on Facebook. The data recorded (e.g. IP addresses, information about the web browser, the location of the website, buttons clicked, possibly pixel IDs and other features) cannot be viewed by me, but can only be used in the context of displaying certain advertisements. So-called cookies are also set as part of the use of the Facebook pixel code.
If you have a Facebook account and are logged in, your visit to this website will be assigned to your Facebook user account.
Sometimes I also use the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” from the company “Facebook”. This enables users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements (“Facebook Ads”) when they visit Facebook or other websites that also use this method. I am interested in showing you advertising that matches your interests in order to make my website more interesting for you.
In order to exchange the respective data, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Facebook server. I have no influence on the extent and further use of the data that is collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to my level of knowledge: By integrating Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you are visiting mine Have accessed my website or clicked on one of my ads. If you are registered with a “Facebook” service, “Facebook” can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, there is the possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address and other identification features.
If you have consented to this, we may pass on your telephone number or email address to “Facebook” in order to be able to show you advertisements that match your interests.
You can find out how the Facebook pixel is used for advertising campaigns at https://www.facebook.com/business/learn/facebook-ads-pixel.

Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Twitter “).
When you call up a website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network. Through this integration, the social network receives data on which website you have accessed, even if you do not have a user profile or are not currently logged in. If you are logged in, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, the corresponding information is transmitted to the social network and stored there. When a user calls up a website of this online offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly from Facebook to the user’s browser and integrated into the website by the browser.

If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. If a user interacts with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will find out his IP address and save it. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is saved in Germany.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users can be found in Facebook’s data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .

When a user calls up a website that contains a „Pin It“ button, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Pinterest servers. The content of the “Pin It” button is sent directly from Pinterest to the user’s browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Pinterest collects with the help of the „Pin It“ button and informs the user according to its level of knowledge. After this, only the IP address of the user and the URL of the respective website are transmitted, but only used for the purpose of displaying the „Pin It“ button and for sharing the content. additional Information
